We currently ship to the Continental U.S. (Lower 48), and select overseas destinations.

All orders made on weekdays by 3pm will ship within 48 hours, weekend orders will ship on Monday.

We use UPS and USPS for shipping items, depending on size of item (i.e. a video only order will most likely ship via USPS) Prices are calculated for UPS or USPS shipping.  Shipments will take no more than 5 days from when they ship, anywhere in the Continental U.S.

NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

WE DO NOT SHIP ANY DECK OUTSIDE THE LOWER 48 US STATES. SHIPPING HAS BECOME PROHIBITIVELY EXPENSIVE FOR DECK SIZED BOXES. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR AN ACCURATE SHIPPING QUOTE, ALL DECK ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S. WILL BE REFUNDED.

We do ship to select international locations, HOWEVER, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, etc. Shipping overseas if very expensive, and we do not mark items as 'gift'.

Please take this into consideration before placing an order. We would love for there to be an easier, cheaper way to get goods overseas, but often times orders end up being very expensive when taking into account shipping, customs duties, taxes, etc.

If you are unsure how much these extra fees will be, please refrain from ordering from us.

Payment Options

Credit Card Payments Only:
You can enter you entire credit card number, via our secure server, whick encrypts all submitted Information. We bill all orders for the full amount the day we receive the order. 



 

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged only on orders that are shipping within the state of New York. New York state law requires us to charge sales tax on the total amount of the order, excluding shipping.

 

 

Return and Exchange Policy

NO REFUNDS ON ANY ITEM, FOR ANY REASON. EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON ANY SALE ITEM.

We sincerely hope that you're satisfied with your purchase. Should there be a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, we'll gladly exchange it or issue a store credit. NO REFUNDS. If necessary to exchange or return an item please note:

E-mail laborskateshop@gmail.com within 5 business days from receipt of goods with a short explanation of the reasoning for the return. 
Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be returned (freight prepaid) for an exchange or Labor store credit only. NO CASH/CREDIT REFUNDS.

 

  • Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in new condition with any and all tags attached.
  • Include a copy of the shipping invoice that accompanies your merchandise.
  • Include a legible explanation for the return on a separate piece of paper.
  • All returns and exchanges must be received by Labor within 15 business days from invoice date. The entire process, after Labor receives the merchandise, may take up to 45 business days
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges.
  • Any worn or "skated" items will not be accepted.
  • A return must be approved by a Labor employee
  • Shipping costs will not be returned
  • Additional shipping charges will apply
  • The credit issued for returned items will have the original shipping costs deducted
    *for sales that originally received free shipping
  • Items sent to Labor and not approved for a return (ie worn or skated items) will not  be refunded or shipped back.
 
Security

We utilize a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for data encryption to protect the transmission of information, submitted to Labor, when using our online shopping cart. This means your credit card number, and order details are scrambled during the transaction process.
